Main objectives of the role:

Lead the Lathing Production Section at Ronda Thailand (130 Decolletage- and CNC 
machines, 35 employees), with full responsibility for production, engineering/maintenance, quality performance, raw material management and project development.
Ensure best-in-class performance in Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People 
Motivation.

  • Lead and develop a team of operators, technicians, and engineers in the lathing production area.
  • Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of 130 Decolletage- and CNC machines.
  • Drive production performance to achieve targets for quality, productivity, and delivery.
  • Continuously improve manufacturing processes, cycle times, tooling performance, and OEE.
  • Ensure compliance with customer- and internal quality standards and lead problem-solving activities.
  • Manage manufacturing costs, material usage, and inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Oversee manufacturing engineering and maintenance to secure machine availability and process stability.
  • Collaborate with headquarters, suppliers, and internal departments to support projects and operational improvements.

What makes you unique

  • Technical apprenticeship in micro- or poly-mechanics, or equivalent qualification; additional certifications or training is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC or machining production, including proven leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a decisive and straightforward personality.
  • Solid background in CNC machining; experience in decoletage is a plus.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Thai, German, or French is a plus.
